Products and orders online

Do you sell products?

Yes! In our webshop you'll find professional dog grooming products from Pennys – the same products we use daily in the salon. The products can also be purchased directly from us at Roslagsgatan 48 in Vasastan.

How do I place an order?

Add the products you want to the shopping cart and follow the steps at checkout. You choose your delivery address and payment method, and once the order is completed, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. Please save your order confirmation — you will find your order number there.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via Shopify Payments, which includes Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Klarna. All transactions are encrypted and secure.

Where is my order?

Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number from PostNord. You can track your delivery directly on PostNord's website. If you have not received a tracking number within 3 working days of your order confirmation, please contact us at hello@pennys.se with your order number.

I have received the wrong or damaged product — what do I do?

Please contact us at hello@pennys.se with your order number and pictures of the incorrect or damaged item. We will rectify this free of charge for you as soon as possible.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@pennys.se if you wish to change or cancel your order. We cannot guarantee changes if the order has already been packed or shipped.

How long does delivery take?

We deliver with PostNord. Normal delivery time within Sweden is 2–4 business days from when the order is shipped. Delivery time may vary slightly depending on the destination, especially to smaller towns.

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping cost is SEK 59 per order. Free shipping within Sweden applies to all orders over SEK 499. All deliveries are sent with tracking.

Do you deliver outside Sweden?

We deliver to all countries within EU.

I've missed picking up my package - what happens now?

The package will remain at your collection point for typically 6–14 days, depending on PostNord's local regulations. If the package is not collected and is returned to us, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund the original shipping cost.

Can I return a product?

We offer a 30-day return policy on unused products in original condition with an unbroken seal. Return shipping is at the customer's expense, and we recommend tracked shipping - we are not responsible for returns lost during transit. Please send returns to: Pennys Dog Spa, Roslagsgatan 48, 113 54 Stockholm. For hygienic reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless there is a product defect. My package has not arrived - what do I do?

Contact us at hello@pennys.se with your order number. We will help you track the delivery and resolve any issues.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we offer digital gift cards that can be used for purchases in our webshop. The gift card is valid for all physical products in our assortment and cannot be used for booking treatments in the salon. Digital gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.

About the salon

Where is Penny's Dog Spa located?

We are located at Roslagsgatan 48, 113 54 Stockholm in Vasastan. Parking and bicycle racks are available nearby. Public transport with the subway and buses is also available in the area.

How do I contact you?

Which dogs do you accept?

We accept dogs of all breeds and sizes. Our treatments are always adapted to the dog's individual needs and daily condition.

Do you require the dog to be vaccinated?

Yes, we require the dog to be vaccinated prior to the visit.

Booking

How do I book an appointment?

You can easily book online using our booking system. Click on "Book an appointment" to see available times and treatments. You can also contact us by phone or email and we will help you with your booking.

How far in advance should I book?

We are often fully booked, so we recommend booking at least one month in advance to secure your time slot.

May I get a reminder before my visit?

Yes, you will receive an email reminder before your scheduled appointment.

Can I book multiple treatments at once?

Yes, you can combine treatments during the same visit. See available add-ons directly in the booking system.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the booked time. Cancellations made later than this will be charged 50% of the treatment price. If you fail to show up without canceling, 100% of the price will be charged.

Are you taking on new clients?

New customers are welcome to book spa treatments, puppy training, quick sprucing and dental care directly online. We are currently unable to accept new customers for clipping and trimming—please contact us at info@pennys.se to be added to the waiting list.
